Olympic National Forest – A Photo Essay

This past weekend my sister and I took a road trip out to the west coast of the Olympic Peninsula in Washington, a.k.a. “The Land of Twilight”.  We stayed in the small logging town of Forks, hiked to 3rd beach and walked on 1st beach at La Push.  The following day we made the drive to Cape Flattery, the most north western tip of the continental U.S with it’s imposing cliffs, sea caves and wildlife. These are some of the photos I took.

    Beautiful pictures , what an amazing coastline ! My daughters and I did this route 2 years ago .
    We carriied on down the coast to Seaside Oregon then went inland to the Hood River . Thanks for sharing your pictures ,they brought back good memories ❤️
